Refund policy
The short version: Everything we carry ships straight from small partner makers around the U.S., so all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Every Salty South order ships directly from trusted partner makers across the United States. Because items ship from different locations, we handle returns a little differently than a single warehouse would. Here's how it works.
All sales are final
We don't currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, scent, or shade. Please review the sizes, ingredients, and details listed on each product page before you order. If you have a question about a product, email us before you buy and we'll help.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at h20@saltysouthlife.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost, at no cost to you. Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to.
Lost or late packages
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number. If a package hasn't arrived within the delivery window shown in its tracking, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
