SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Salty South LLC. We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process and ship many of our products directly to customers.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product, supplier availability, order volume, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific processing or delivery date.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times, shipping methods, and carrier availability vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather, supply-chain disruptions, holidays, labor disruptions, and other events may affect delivery. Salty South LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates, particularly when fulfilled by different suppliers or from different locations.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied at checkout.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or resolution.
